Let me tell you a little bit about me.........

I was born in Melbourne and educated in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.  I obtained a  Bachelor of Arts Degree from Melbourne University, where I completed a double major in English Language and Literature and French Language and Literature.   I did post-grad uate training in retail management, and have worked in the sharebroking and retail industries.  I have completed accredited training in Marriage Celebrancy and been authorised by the Commonwealth Attorney-General's Department as a Civil Marriage Celebrant.  I have also devoted many hours over the last twenty years to volunteer work, occupying positions of responsibility and trust. 

I have now been married for twenty-six years, and have two young adult children who keep me young-at-heart.  My family is my greatest joy.  My passions include skiing and hiking in the mountains, theatre and literature, art and art history, movies and music, cryptic crosswords.  I maintain an active involvement with French language and culture, and what else?......... oh yes, I love snow and crisp mountain air, salt air, beaches and boats, and long early morning walks when the world is dewy and the birds are up with the sun.  The gym (groan) keeps me in form.  And I love to travel when I can.
